This event was implemented by CCARDESA with support from the University of Mauritius, Faculty of Agriculture. The objectives of this training were:

  • To understand and apply the concepts of climate change adaptation and climate smart agriculture (for agricultural extension and research services)
  • To enhance the capacity of officers to address climate change adaptation issues in their work
  • To understand the concepts and steps of climate proofing agricultural value chains
