Jean-Louis TSHISAMBU M is an expert in charge of Monitoring and reporting to the National Ministry of Agriculture. In his area of work, he is responsible for phytosanitary surveillance, surveillance on antimicrobial resistance and reporting and communication.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Agroecological Engineering at the University of Kalemie, in the South-East of the DRC. He trained in several fields including institutional communication at the national school of administration of his country. He also worked with multisectoral teams in the development of risk communication training modules to help finalist students from Congolese universities gain knowledge about risk communication.
