Ganyani Khosa is an ICT4D, M&E, Knowledge Management and Development Consultant with more than 20 years progressive, proven and hands-on experience in Asia and the SADC Region. He has extensive experience from diverse ICT and Development interventions including the following areas: Integrated Results Based Management Facilitation, Strategic Planning, Research using mixed methodologies (qualitative and quantitative), Program Monitoring and Program Evaluation; Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of Results-based and development oriented Strategic Plans; Corporate and ICT Asset Audits and Management in Parliament and Retail organisations; Customising Open Source online and mobile solutions for improved collection of monitoring data (iHRIS, Epi Info, CSPro, DHIS2, ODK); Development of web-Based applications for strengthened knowledge gathering and management with experience in in Africa and Malaysia; Providing ICT Technical Advisory Services to Parliaments in SADC; Providing ICT Technical expertise to the Government of Zimbabwe on the e-Government project; ICT Project Management in Africa and Malaysia; and ICT Project Management and ICT Capacity Development in Africa and Malaysia. Ganyani holds a BSc in Computer Studies with Statistics and a BSc. (Hons.) Biological Sciences (University of Zimbabwe), Diploma in Technical and Vocational Education (Gweru Polytechnic) and several personal development certificates. He is an active member and current Secretary of the Zimbabwe Evaluation Society (ZES) and the United Church of Christ in Zimbabwe (UCCZ). He is also a member of the Namibia ICT Association, the Computer Society of Zimbabwe and the Ubuntu LocoTeam in Zimbabwe. He has presented at various Results-Based Management, M&E and ICT Workshops as well as in Conferences Locally, Regionally and Internationally.
