CCARDESA offers an email based community discussion group on DGroups, for stakeholders to share the latest agricultural information, network with peers from across the region, discuss regional agricultural news, access vast knowledge accumulated in this community. DGoups is a nonprofit organisation that hosts discussion groups for international development partners with the aim of providing a simple platform that is non-commercial, respectful of privacy, and operates on low-bandwidth.
