Benita Tonateni Elago, a 33 years old Senior Agricultural Scientific Officer employed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform (MAWLR) in Namibia, is currently based in Windhoek. She completed her MSc in Animal Science (Physiology) 2019, and her BSc. Honours in Animal Science (Physiology) in 2013 at the University of Free State, South Africa, Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Management in 2012 and a National Diploma in Agricultural Management in 2011 at Namibia University of Science and Technology. She is responsible for implementing Agricultural Projects and policy enforcement in the Khomas Region of the Ministry of Agricultural, Water and Land Reform. Charged with the overall responsibility of Planning, Organizing, implementing, and coordinating agricultural projects, including extension services to enhance the capacities of farmers for increased agricultural production.
